I have had the pleasure of purchasing and living in 2 Rohit homes thus far and would not hesitate to make it a hat trick. The thought and effort that is put into a Rohit home is second to none, from the functionality of the design to the quality of workmanship all the way through to the extra attention to detail on exterior elevations. The aforementioned qualities is what convinced me on feeling comfortable with buying 2 Rohit homes back to back.
From my perspective, to have the opportunity to see how much time and innovation by the Rohit team is put into the whole package of completing a functional quality home is of great value and piece of mind. Building homes in Alberta can be a difficult task with the extreme swings in weather that affect many aspects of a home. I was very pleased on both cases that my homes stood up to the challenge and surpassed expectations , no doubt to the attention to detail of the engineering, construction practices, and management of trades building the home by Team Rohit.
Finally in my field, real estate sales, resale is always an important factor for me to consider in my homes and the value that Rohit homes offer with all the above qualities has allowed me to be flexible in selling both homes successfully.
