Forever Home for me means “Forever Income”.
I bought a Rohit Townhome in 2012 in the Chappelle neighborhood as an investment property. The caliber of the property, design details, and location make this an easy rental property with great cash flow from day 1. Because people love the design I am able to find the best renters making my job easy. Any prospective tenant that has seen this home has immediately wanted to rent on a long term basis.
The quality of finishes and warranty service further made the process headache free for me. I look forward to owning this well located home “forever” as future retirement income.
