So you’re thinking about buying a home.
Congratulations! Buying a home is a happy milestone in your life, but it can also be daunting. With so many things to consider – budgets, mortgages, interest rates, location, home models, finishes, etc. – it can be hard to know where to start in your home buying journey.
Whether you’re looking for your first home or your fifth, new sale or re-sale, Rohit Communities wants to you feel confident through every step of the process, even if it’s not with us. That is why we’ve created the Homebuying Confidence Sessions, a three-class program designed to make you feel confident about the entire process of searching for, buying or building your perfect home.
Our experience in the real estate market (over 30 years!) has allowed us to gather expert advice in many areas and touch on questions that you may not even know to ask. For example, did you know that choosing between an accelerated bi-weekly payment frequency vs. a regular bi-weekly option can save you tens of thousands of dollars in interest savings? Or that buying a car between pre-approval and possession could mean being denied your final mortgage approval?
Our goal of the Homebuyers Confidence Sessions isn’t to sell you a home (although we won’t turn you away if you do!), it’s to make your home buying journey fun, easy, and exciting. Sign up today to be the first to know when our next sessions will be happening!
Module 1 – Getting Ready to Buy – Everything you need to consider before you home search including budgeting, mortgages, and resources to use. We even bring in a mortgage specialist to bring their expertise and experience on common situations that occur.

Module 3 – Building a Home – Construction is unpredictable and a lot of thing happen behind the scenes that you may not even be aware of! If you choose to build ahome instead of buying re-sale, we walk through a typical construction cycle, what you should expect, and what you should be looking for.
