Module 1 – Getting Ready to Buy – Everything you need to consider before you home search including budgeting, mortgages, and resources to use. We even bring in a mortgage specialist to bring their expertise and experience on common situations that occur.
Module 2 – Buying a Home – We walk you through all the steps of buying a home including contract writing, timelines, expectations, and all the pieces that need to be in place before the home is officially sold.
Module 3 – Building a Home – Construction is unpredictable and a lot of thing happen behind the scenes that you may not even be aware of! If you choose to build ahome instead of buying re-sale, we walk through a typical construction cycle, what you should expect, and what you should be looking for.
