October 9, 2012 – Starling at Big Lake, a new community in Northwest Edmonton, unveiled its 6 new show homes at one of the most successful grand openings to date for Rohit Land Development. A unique farmer’s market theme sectioned off the street so patrons could stroll the pedestrian friendly scene to enjoy free food, local shopping and fall inspired family photos.
Each of the new home builders including Celebration Homes, Rohit Communities, Kirkland Homes and Green Living Homes lined the show home parade with a plethora of home styles. Each show home was outfitted with a variety of treats and family friendly activities including a crafts station, caricature sketcher and balloon artist. Single family homes and duplexes were at the forefront of the event offering home buyers an exclusive new neighbourhood surrounded by walking trails, a provincial park and environmental initiatives.
