Rohit Communities Receives Recognition with Two Finalists for the 2012 CHBA Alberta Awards of Excellence
Edmonton, Alberta – On July 19, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) – Alberta announced its finalists for the 2012 CHBA Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing. With 383 admissions, this year has seen a record number of entries from the best and the brightest across Alberta, and Rohit Communities is thrilled to announce its two finalists. Rohit’s Callaghan Ravines condominium community picked up two nominations with the Cornell finalizing for Multi-family Apartment, and Callaghan Ravines scoring a nomination for Best Multi-family Overall Complex. The Cornell showsuite was a local win at the CHBA Edmonton’s Awards of Excellence this past March.
Judging is based on everything from the curb appeal and kitchen, to creative use of space and special features, and the annual competition showcases the vast array of innovative and creative designs from across the entire province.

The annual award awards will be announced on September 21 in Jasper at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, as part of the BUILD 2012 CHBA Alberta Conference. Stay tuned!
